Conveyancer - Essex
This is an exciting opportunity for a 4+ year PQE Conveyancer, qualified or unqualified, to join a modern and innovative practise based in Essex on a fixed term contract. Our client is seeking an experienced conveyancer to manage the work and team, previous management experience is desirable but not essential. The caseload is varied and diverse in a busy department and will include:
* You will be handling a full Shared Ownership caseload to include:
* Help to Buy scheme
* New build properties
* Leasehold within shared ownership
* Building strong relationships with housing associations
The position offers scope for a permanent position in the longer term.
