The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded regional law firm, on the outskirts of Liverpool City Centre.

Due to consistent, organic growth, the firm is now looking to strengthen its Residential Property department with an ambitious, driven Residential Conveyancer. The department has a strong network of clients and referrers, ensuring a steady stream of quality referrals coming in. They have ambitious plans to build on this growth over the next 24 months, with exciting national expansion plans presenting an abundance of progression opportunities.

The Residential Property department deals with a good quality of work. You will be handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

The department has introduced state of the art technology which has streamlined their processes. This has taken monotonous administrative duties away from fee earners, giving more time to focus on providing exceptional service to their clients. This has seen them achieve high client satisfaction rates and countless industry awards.

Many of the firm's Partners came in at a junior level, and ambitious individuals who are keen to take this step up in the future will be supported and encouraged to get there.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least two years' experience within Residential Property (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Strong relationship building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Able to undertake marketing and business development to contribute to profitability
• Enjoy working in a challenging, fast pace environment
