The Role:

The team handles a broad range of high-quality matters, and you will deal with a varied caseload of transactional conveyancing matters with the support of a highly experienced assistant. You will work closely with the junior team members to assist in the growth and development of the wider team.

The team acts for a range of high profile individuals in the North West, and transaction values are often over £1million+. You will gain exposure to complex and high-value transactions and will join a heavy-hitting cohort of renowned Partners, who have inspirational plans to drive the firm forward.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Partner with at least 8 years' experience (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong background in transactional Residential Property work including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Strong relationship building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Able to undertake marketing and business development in order to contribute to profitability
• Able to motivate and lead a team
