Its work includes defamation, privacy, breach of confidence, contempt of court, compliance, regulatory complaints and IP disputes. Clients include multi-national newspaper groups, broadcasters, publishers, independent production companies, technology groups, software companies, internet businesses and insurers. .
Solid experience of media litigation, in particular handling libel and privacy claims, providing 'immediate' pre-publication advice and managing injunctions required as well as a good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and solid experience of handling all stages of High Court litigation, including appeals and costs assessment
