Corporate Tax Associate

LAW Absolute are currently working with a Top 30 firm who are looking to recruit for a new Corporate Tax Associate to join the team on a permanent basis.

The role will be varied and complex, and there will be close collaboration with other teams including corporate, employment and funds teams. Some work could include advising on tax aspects of:

• Private and Public M&A transactions
• Private equity transactions
• Group reorganisations and demergers
• Tax disputes

The successful candidate will have opportunity to develop and progress within a successful and high calibre Tax team.
