Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the team, based in a central town location with very good transport links and some very good places to eat and drink.
You will join a team of driven legal professionals and will manage a varied caseload with full secretarial support. We are seeking someone with 5 - 7 years PQE, experience and confident to meet clients and deliver a high level of service.
The work environment is collaborative, motivating, forward thinking and you will be working with likeminded individuals. STEP membership is advantageous but not essential and the role will include:
- Drafting complex wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate Planning and Administration
- Trusts and Capital Taxation
