JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ year+ PQE
LOCATION: Leicestershire
SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Residential Conveyancer to join a growing firm in Leicestershire. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for a busy caseload of conveyancing matters and will be involved in all areas of the property transactions dealing with clients, estate agents and other relevant parties. In addition, the successful Residential Conveyancer will be expected to play a key role in assisting the growth of the client base and contribute to the business development initiatives of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from residential conveyancing fee earners with at least two years of experience gained within a residential conveyancing team. The successful Residential Conveyancer will have expertise within sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The Residential Conveyancer should demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to clients and manage a busy and varied caseload.
