The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 6 years + PQE to join their established office in Solihull.

You will work as part of a high friendly yet professional team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

You will deal with high-quality work which will include; commercial contracts, joint ventures, sales/purchases of businesses and M&A.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role. Moreover, this role is highly suited for an individual looking to assist in the development of a department, therefore business development skills and networking underpins this role.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with 6 years' experience (there is no upper limit)
• First-class communication skills are essential
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and dependent on your level of experience
