A well established and reputable private practice Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join their offices in South Birmingham.
The successful Residential Conveyancing Secretary will have a varied and important role within the department which may include but not restricted to:
- Handling secretarial duties such as Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team.
- Audio Typing using a digital dictation system.
- Diary Management.
- File opening/closing.
- Filing and general administrative duties.
- SDLT searches
To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing and have an accurate typing speed of 65+ WPM.
It is important that you are also experienced in completing SDLT searches and dealing with AP1 and TR1.
