£40k + Benefits, Derbyshire, 2 Years PQE +         

Dynamic Derbyshire practice offering a competitive package seeks an experienced Solicitor and confident advocate to join their Employment Team.

You will join a busy team and benefit from guidance from experienced Solicitors and support from more junior staff. The caseload will be varied and stimulating encompassing the full spectrum of employment work acting for both claimants and respondents on contentious and non contentious matters. The work will include disciplinary action, grievances, performance issues, sickness absence, redundancies and employment tribunal claims.

The firm continues to go from strength to strength and is faring well in the current climate. The employment team is in robust health and receiving a regular instruction on high quality work.

The salary on offer will competitive, dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of 40,000. In addition to the basic salary you will also be entitled to pension, private healthcare and subsidised onsite parking and a generous holiday entitlement with the option to buy more holiday if desired.

This position would be ideally suited to an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE and strong advocacy skills.
