JOB TITLE:                    Residential Conveyancer

SALARY:                        Dependant on Experience  

THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be joining a friendly, professional team and be picking up an active caseload with which you must be able to hit the ground running. You will be dealing with legal matters surrounding the buying and selling of properties, advising clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process, dealing with file related queries, attending with clients, taking instructions and conducting enquires as necessary along with title checking and signing certificates of titles. The postholder will be required to keep in regular contact with clients to include estate agents, customers and other solicitors and upkeep the high standards of client care that this firm pride themselves on.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers that have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this area of law. In line with the firm’s requirements above, applicants must have excellent client care and time management skills. The successful Residential Conveyancer must be confident in their ability to manage their own caseload of matters and work with minimal supervision whilst also being able to successfully work as part of a team.
