Corporate Commercial Counsel

JOB TITLE: Legal Counsel
PQE: 7+
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £Competitive

THE ROLE: The Legal team takes responsibility for advising the business on all areas of the law, including high value M&A transactions and complex bespoke customer agreements. Reporting into the General Counsel your responsibilities will include

• Providing high quality legal advice and support to all business areas of the Group.
• Negotiating, drafting and supporting on a broad range of matters including licensing and supply agreements.
• Supporting the business with due diligence of acquisition targets.
• Oversight and management of all in-licensing arrangements across the group.


THE CANDIDATE: Successful candidates will need to be qualified Solicitor's with a minimum of 7 years PQE. Robust with broad commercial expertise, you will have worked on/supported on complex commercial matters, including product acquisitions/divestments & M&A activities. Knowledge of patent & trademark law.
