The Role:

This an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a renowned law firm, in its Blackburn office.

The Residential Property team undertakes a broad range of Conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership. The department has strong relationships with local estate agents and even some national referrers, ensuring a constant flow of work and business development won't be a focus.

As you would expect, the team are entirely paperless, and their state of the art technology streamlines processes and has taken bundles of administration off their fee earners desks. There is a very flexible working culture, and you can work from home 100% of the time if that suits.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least two years' experience within Residential Property (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Enjoy working in a challenging, fast pace environment
