THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Intellectual Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5’ years PQE gained within a regarded firm recognised for this field of work. This is a superb opening for a specialist striving to be exposed to some of the most interesting and challenging IP matters in the market. On joining you could have a particular expertise within contentious or non-contentious work and both would be of interest. Client background is also flexible however if you have particular expertise working with technology or pharmaceuticals clients that would be ideal.  A strong academic background, exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines are essential. You really enjoy client relationship development and new business as this is a key factor in the strategic development of this firm.
