Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX - 6+PQE

A top firm with offices across Devon is now looking for a very experienced and senior Conveyancer to join their highly successful yet supportive Residential Property Department. With 15 experienced and extremely capable Fee Earners in the team you will be joining a very well oiled and streamlined department.

In this position you will be responsible for handling a varied and comprehensive caseload. This will include the typical sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties as well as shared ownership, equity release mortgages, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy, help to buy and 1st registrations.

The firm are looking for someone ideally wanting full-time, however they would consider part-time for the right candidate. This would be either 5 days a week with reduced hours or full time hours of reduced days (Fridays are a must in the office however).
