Leading and award winning house builder is looking to appoint an experienced plot sales conveyancer to join its highly successful and recognised team based in Doncaster

THE ROLE


* Acting on behalf of a well known house builder
* Handling your own caseload of plot conveyancing matters including help to buy and part exchange house purchases and re sales
* Running files from start to finish working as part of a collaborative team with administrative support
* Building strong working relationships with clients
* Managing and developing the existing team
* Organizing daily tasks using the case management system
* Recognising potential risks and resolving issues without putting clients or the firm at risk.
* Ensuring clients receive the best possible service at all times
The Candidate

* Previous experience handling your own caseload within plot sales or residential conveyancing is essential to this role
* Good knowledge of new build conveyancing matters
* Ability to confidently communicate and develop effective relationships at all levels
* Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment with excellent attention to detail
