Residential Conveyancer
A law firm in Swindon has an opportunity for a 2 year PQE Residential Conveyancer.
The Firm
A regional private practice law firm with a long history and employing some very talented lawyers providing legal services throughout the region.
The Role
The successful Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied property case load including drafting letters, templates and other legal documentation relating property transactions, undertaking searches, dealing with instructions from instruction through post completion.
The Candidate
The residential Conveyancer will have at least 2 years residential conveyancing experience gained in private practice, be capable for running a case load under supervision and be ambitious. The successful candidate will likely be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
Salary dependent upon experience.
