A leading North Cheshire firm with a client base that stretches across the North West is now looking to recruit a technically capable and career focused commercial property solicitor. This is a succession planning opportunity where, in the fullness of time, there will be the chance to become the Department Head. Before then, you will be supported and developed by a very experienced Partner who is keen to pass on their knowledge to the new recruit.

Based in a lovely market town, this is an excellent role for a commercial property solicitor (who is likely to have at least a 4 years PQE) who has the expertise to deliver on a full range of commercial property matters such as commercial leases, sales and purchases, as well as some planning and development work.
