My client a long standing, Top 200 Yorkshire law firm are looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Construction Solicitor with expertise in non-contentious work to join them in central Leeds.
The firm have been a mainstay in Leeds and West Yorkshire for many years and have established a fantastic reputation as a genuine alternative to one of the Big 6 firms in the city, dealing with well-known household name clients and quality work.
The firm are looking for a 2-7 year PQE Construction Solicitor with a non-contentious background to join their small and highly experienced friendly team.
The role will be working with a client base that includes large corporate and commercial clients, developers and contractors dealing with negotiating and drafting high value construction contracts and advising on development obligations on complex property development agreements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit team alongside 2 highly regarded and leading construction lawyers from the region, with excellent career prospects.
This role will suit a Construction Solicitor who enjoys and has experience of non-contentious work. You will have ties to Leeds and be looking to work for a commercial regional firm. Although this would suit a Non-contentious Construction Solicitor, lawyers who are interested to work on contentious matters as well will be considered.
