The team deals with a broad range of disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence, breach of restrictive covenants and confidentiality, injunctions, and Directors duties. - You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience)
- You will have a strong background in contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence, breach of restrictive covenants and confidentiality, injunctions, and Directors duties
- Experience in Insolvency work is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- You will be commercially minded and will enjoy business development and marketing
