The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven, ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join a growing Litigation team in Manchester. You will work side on side with the team's respected Partner on interesting, high quality work.

The Litigation team is currently inundated with high quality work and the Partner is therefore keen to bolster their team with an ambitious individual. You will be working closely with the Partner, giving you an unrivalled level of exposure to high value, complex matters, making for an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills.

You will undertake a broad range of disputes covering both Civil & Commercial Litigation. The client base is diverse which makes for an interesting and varied caseload.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression; the firm is looking for its future leaders as they continue to grow throughout the North West and you will have a clear route to Partnership from day one. Requirements:

  • You will be a Litigation Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
  • You will have a strong background in both Civil & Commercial Litigation
  • Able to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Able to undertake marketing and business development to contribute to the growth of the department and firm
