The Role:

The firm is looking for a Plot Sales Executive to join their flourishing Preston office.

You will handle a manageable caseload of Plot Sales transactions from instruction to completion, with the full support of an Assistant. Whilst the team has a steady stream of work, they have exciting plans to grow, and are therefore looking for individuals who are comfortable building new and existing client relationships.

Requirements:

* You will be a Plot Sales Executive with at least two years' experience (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
* Able to confidently handle your own caseload from instruction through to completion
* Have excellent communication skills
* You will be able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Be a team player and have excellent attention to detail
