The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the practice management function, whilst actively participating in marketing and business development.

- Office and practice management

- Ensuring compliance with selected SRA requirements
- Overseeing procurement and contract terms with third parties
- Facilities management
- Marketing and business development initiatives
- Practice manager with at least 8 years’ experience gained within a reputable firm
- University educated or equivalent
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- IT literate
- Excellent communications, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience of managing staff is essential
- Outstanding risk management and cost control skills
- Has a strong grasp of relevant legislation and regulation
