Employment Solicitor A Dorset law firm has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Employment Solicitor to manage a comprehensive Employment case load. The Firm Based in a Dorset market town, this full service law firm, with a long traditional history offering a full service of legal advice to individuals and business clients. The Role The Employment Solicitor will manage a case load involving a variety of Employment law work for business clients such as whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, TUPE, employment contracts, and discrimination issues. The role will require participation with marketing and business development whilst being able to run a case load to given financial targets. The Candidate The Employment Solicitor will be a fully qualified Employment Solicitor and will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with Employment Law. Previous case management experience will be required together with business development and marketing skills. Salary dependent upon experience.
