Medium-Sized, Regional Practice. Diverse range of Commercial Litigation instructions suitable to solicitor with 2-5 yrs' PQE. 

Our client is a full-service, medium-sized law firm (circa 100 staff), which enjoys an excellent reputation.  It is well-established, a history tracing back over 75 years, and is retained by a diverse range of corporate and commercial businesses. 

The clients are of all shapes and sizes from new start-ups, OMBs through to sizeable SMEs, as well as some significant corporate organisations.  

Reflecting the varied client base, the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team is instructed on a wide range of matters of varying complexity and value.   Typical instructions include: 

•    Commercial Trading and Contract Disputes 
•    Contract Disputes
•    Shareholder and Partnership disputes
•    Negligence claims including professional negligence
•    Misrepresentation and Agency Claims 
•    Landlord and tenant disputes
•    Employment Settlement Agreements 

Working as part of a cohesive team and closely with the head of department, you will receive excellent mentoring.  The firm attracts high calibre lawyers, who are afforded lots of autonomy and direct contact with clients.    It's a great environment in which to develop your career and skills.   The nature of the role is expected to appeal to a litigation lawyer with 2-5yrs' relevant experience.
