Conveyancing Supervisor

New opportunity for a Conveyancer with Fee Earning experience to make the move in-house. Based in Warrington but with the opportunity for homeworking, our client is a leader in the UK's Housing & Regeneration space

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience of handling your own Residential Property caseload comprising sales files in a busy Private Practice or in-house environment. Experience of plot sales is desirable as understandably this forms a large part of the caseload, but is not an essential requirement as training will be provided. You will have the support of a conveyancing assistant, and the role sits within a wider UK Conveyancing department based at strategic UK locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious Fee Earners who are interested in working in-house to join a large business with a great reputation. The work is varied and the opportunities for progression within the business are excellent, including routes to Conveyancing Manager and exposure to Land acquisition/site set-up transactions.
