Residential Conveyancer

This established regional firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Executive to join their office just outside of Shrewsbury office. They do not believe in giving lawyers high volume caseloads as they would rather the work be done to the highest standard.

The Role

The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. You will run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload and will be at the forefront of this department. You will have support from a paralegal at all times.

You will work alongside two industry-leading Partners, dealing with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of purchases, sales, lettings, and financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers and individuals.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 2 years + PQE
• You will be an ambitious, dynamic individual
• A positive "can do" attitude is key to the role
