JOB TITLE:                    Criminal Law Legal Secretary  
PQE REQUIRED:            2 years’ experience required
LOCATION:                    Manchester
SALARY:                        £18,000 to £22,000

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Criminal Law Legal Secretary has arisen with a successful firm in Manchester. The main responsibilities associated with this role are, but not limited to, digital dictation, word processing / audio typing, answering the telephone, preparing Court documents, opening files and liaising with clients when required and managing their requests. The appointed Criminal Law Legal Secretary will work alongside two other Secretaries, supporting 6 of the department’s fee earners.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Legal Secretaries who have experience of working in a busy Criminal Law department. Applications from candidates who do not possess Criminal Law experience will not be considered. In order to be successful in this role, you must be confident, in order to deal with client enquiries, and have excellent time management and organisation skills.
