Group Litigation Fee Earner

Our client is a large ABS Law Firm with offices in Liverpool City Centre.

They are looking to invest in the recruitment of up to two Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience of class actions / group litigation to work on 2 very large claims initially involving vehicle emissions.

The role

The role is to provide Civil Litigation advice to clients of the firm involved in class actions / group litigation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is highly regarded in the industry and has grown steadily over the last three years.

You will be joining a specialist Group Action Claims department and duties will include.

Assisting on high-profile, complex, group litigation claims

Providing the highest level of client care in the management of client matters

Overseeing financial aspects of matters including time recording, and debtor management

Building relationships with internal and external parties

Ensuring that files are managed effectively, meeting set deadlines, complying with

Precedents, creating letters or documents on the case management system.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with good quality experience of group litigation and the CPR.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
• The ability to demonstrate a clear enthusiasm and passion for dispute resolution work.

Applications are invited from experienced Litigation Solicitors and you will ideally have Group Litigation/Class Actions experience, preferably acting on behalf of claimants in complex litigation. Product Liability experience will also be considered.
