Lead Probate Solicitor / Legal Executive

One of the UK's largest legal services provider is looking to recruit a senior solicitor / Legal executive to join their award winning probate team. The role can be done remotely from home or alternatively
from their Stratford Upon Avon Office

The experienced solicitor or legal executive will manage a caseload of high net worth and complex cases from start to finish focusing on the clients needs and assisting the surrounding team with your legal knowledge and expertise.

The role would suit:
-A qualified solicitor or legal executive (CILEX or STEP)
-Strong experience in managing a busy probate caseload
-Be resilient, flexible, positive and handle a wide variety of complex cases
-Considerable experience of dealing with taxable estate to include GROB's, POAT, business, agricultural and cross border interests
-Someone with a strong client focused approach, with the ability to put clients interests at the heart of what you do
