Private Client Solicitor
Full time or part time
Our client, a well-respected law firm located in a market town near to Oxford, are seeking a Private Client Solicitor on either a full time or part time basis.
The successful individual will play a leading role in the department and manage a busy caseload. The firm is busy and receives a steady stream of referrals from their expansive, nationwide client base. Long term, the firm wish to expand the private client side of the business by utilising their existing clientele and hope that this individual can play a key part in that growth.
Day to day, you can expect a typical private client caseload including wills, probate, tax, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates. Secretarial support will be provided and you will work autonomously, managing the caseload at your discretion.
To be successful in this post, you will need proven experience handling your own caseload. As such, candidates are expected to have at least five years PQE. Candidates below this threshold who would feel comfortable undertaking a role of this nature are invited to apply.
