Delighted to be working with a long established private practice with a large regional presence in Somerset and Devon. On this occasion, they are looking to add an experienced Private Client Solicitor to their team, to be based in their Minehead office.

Located in a commutable setting for access from the wider South West, this traditional but well equipped office has local parking, a close proximity to major transport links, and a well established team, ready to support you.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Handling a mixed caseload of Private Client matters, with a particular focus on probate but also Wills, Trusts, Taxation, and Estates
- Growing new business opportunities locally
- Assisting other fee earners with their caseloads
- Helping to develop junior team members

This opportunity would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive keen to progress their career
