Civil & Criminal Litigation Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in South London who are seeking a Litigation Lawyer both prosecutions and civil litigation, for a period of 3 months initially. 

The successful Litigation Lawyer will be required to carry a caseload of civil & commercial litigation matters alongside public law litigation and some judicial review. It would be advantageous for the Litigation Lawyer to have experience in criminal/ enforcement and/or licensing also. This is a broad litigation caseload and will require someone to hit the ground running. Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous.

It is essential candidates have a practising certificate and have covered a varied civil and criminal caseload ideally within the public sector.
