Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor (2+ PQE)

An international commercial law firm is looking for a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor to join their Tier 1 team in Manchester city centre.

Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor - Manchester  The company & role

Working as part of a leading healthcare team, you will support the head of department and other colleagues and undertake a broad range of work including advising on matters of general healthcare law, Court of Protection cases and advising on public law issues such as public and patient involvement and consultation, judicial review and human rights issues 
You will work with other healthcare lawyers and will be expected to identify new products and workstreams and to develop new business

The ideal candidate 

A Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor or CILEX with at least 2 years’ PQE 
Will have experience of healthcare regulatory work, ideally advising NHS Resolution 
An articulate communicator with excellent client care skills 
Will be well-organised and have very good attention to detail 
Will be able to work flexibly and proactively
