Conveyancing Fee Earner/Solicitor
Salary DOE + Benefits
Our client is a long established and successful legal practice dealing in Property, Family, Private Client and Dispute matters. Our client deals with high quality work and prioritises its clients and encourages its employees to progress in their legal career to their full potential.
This firm have had an influx of work in the Property sector and are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join their Residential Conveyancing department on a permanent basis in either one of their offices.
This excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner will allow you to progress and train with highly experienced Senior professionals within the business. You will also be responsible for the supervision of your own Paralegal / Assistant.
Your responsibilities and duties will include handling a busy and varied Conveyancing caseload from inception to completion including:
* Sales & Purchase
* Freehold / leasehold
* Re-mortgages
* Shared ownership
* Transfers of equity
* Lease extensions
* Landlord and tenant
* Right to Buy
You will have a minimum of 2 year's experience handling a caseload within the Property sector and can do so confidently and independently.
