Job Details
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Wills, Trusts and Probate / Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded private practise which has recently relocated to a larger premises to make room for their continued exciting expansion.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years PQE and will ideally have achieved a STEP qualification and should have a proven track record in drafting Wills, administering estates, drafting LPAs and advising on estate planning. Setting up and administering Trusts and Court of Protection/Deputyship experience would be advantageous but not essential.
You will be a self-motivated, proactive and conscientious Private Client lawyer who must be able to be self-managing and possess excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding client care in order to maintain the high-quality reputation of the Wills and Probate department. You will have autonomy over a mixed caseload including HNW and more complex matters.
