The role…

Because of their continuing growth and expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Family Associate to join their growing team in Southampton.

In this role you will be managing your own caseload of family matters which will include;

• Pre/post nuptial agreements
• Ancillary relief
• Cohabitation disputes
• Private children act matters

You will be working in a team of several fee-earners across various departments with a focus on growing the department for the long term.

You will be the focal point of the regional office's growth, networking with lawyers of a similar level and developing business from existing / new contacts.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience (there is no upper limit and I urge the most experienced to apply)
• First-class communication skills are essential
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
