My client is an upwardly mobile firm, a relatively new name on the block however they have a strong presence in London already and have recently moved into the south coast market.

This is an opportunity for a Property Litigation solicitor , ideally at NQ to 3 years PQE to work alongside experienced partners and senior associates handling a mixture of high quality local and national work.

You will have trained and gained experience in a noted team where you have been given autonomy and you will have gained some experience in Lease Extensions and Collective Enfranchisement, Landlord and Tenant issues including service charge disputes, ground rent arrears and the right to first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

You will be very personable with a commitment to looking after your clients.
