The Role

1+ PQE Property Lawyer to join a fast-growing Bristol firm

Working in collaboration and with the ongoing mentoring of an industry-leading Partner, you will manage caseload within Property Development.

The firm has a robust client base of developers, allowing you to work in this field and act on their behalf, expanding your knowledge in a much sought after area of law.

You will actively liaise with clients, lenders, agents and numerous referrals to build relationships and exceed expectations on the work undertaken.

Fully supported in your role, be it in the office close to Temple Meads or from home, you will have the remit to work independently on increasingly complex matters, allowing you to cut your teeth as a lawyer and experience continued progression

The Requirements

• 1+ PQE in Property, via any route to qualification
• Development experience desired but not essential
• Willingness to develop expertise and work with Developers
• Attention to detail and working to deadlines
