Real Estate Solicitor - NQ - 2 PQE
A medium, Legal 500 firm is now looking to develop its real estate team with the key hire of a Real Estate NQ - 2 PQE Solicitor to join either their Bristol or Exeter offices. You will be acting for both public and private sector clients, so experience in both would be highly desirable.
You will be working with developers, investors, social housing providers, local authorities, energy and waste projects, education property, healthcare, retail developments as well as waste operators.
This would be an integral move for any junior solicitor and would suit someone who is looking to really take that next step up from generic commercial property transactions and expand their technical ability. To be successful in securing this position, you would really set the tone for a prosperous career that rivals with some of the top firms in the area.
