The Role:

This is a rare opportunity for a Private Client Partner to join this respected regional heavyweight in their Liverpool office, based in the heart of the City. This role has arisen due to unprecedented growth in the firm's highly regarded Private Client department.

The team handles a broad range of Private Client matters on behalf of an HNW client base, often with international assets and interests. The work comprises complex & high-value wills, LPAs, Trusts, Probate, and Tax Planning.

You will work closely with the other Partners within the Private Client department, and across the firm, as they look to drive the firm forward and achieve ambitious growth plans. As part of a highly successful leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's diversification into new sectors and locations throughout the UK and beyond.

Leading a team of two Senior Associate, 2 Associates, a Trainee, and a Paralegal, you will also be a mentor and offer support and guidance to help them progress their careers and grow professionally.

Given the firm's penchant for promoting lawyers to Partnership internally, it is very rare for a role at this level to become available. Requirements:

• You will be a Private Client Partner with at least 10 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have good technical knowledge and experience handling high value, complex matters
• You will have strong business development ability and will be able to build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to cross-sell other departments in the firm
• Experience of leading a team is also desirable
