Senior Probate Solicitor (8+ PQE)

A very well-regarded and innovative legal business is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their award-winning Probate team. 

In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload of high net worth and complex estate administration matters.

Senior Probate Solicitor - Manchester  The company & role

You will take responsibility for a diverse and interesting caseload of probate cases, making sure that SRA regulations are adhered to at all times 
You will also help to provide training within the department, mentoring and supporting junior colleagues 
The team were named Best Estate Administration & Probate Services Provider in 2020

The ideal candidate 

A Private Client Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE  
Will be able to handle a wide variety of complex probate cases  
Will have experience of dealing with taxable estates, including GROBs, POAT, business, agricultural and cross border interests 
Will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills 
May be STEP qualified 

Will be very well organised and able to autonomously manage your workload
