This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a national multi-service firm as a Team Leader 

In this role, you work as part of a successful residential department, run your own varied residential caseload and supervise other members of the team. 

While this position is based at the firm’s Manchester office, you’ll also be able to work from home, so it’s perfect for those looking for a healthier work-life balance.  

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Team Leader) - Manchester   The company & role

The role will involve handling a diverse range of freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters, liaising with clients, agents and referrers 
As Team Leader, you will oversee the work of other fee earners, both qualified and unqualified, and conduct regular appraisals and file reviews  
You will also be involved in developing new work, contribute to business development opportunities and will support the Head of Practice with risk, governance and compliance issues

The ideal candidate 

A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE 
Must have experience of dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases involving help to buy, shared ownership and new build properties 
Will have previous management experience  
Will have excellent client care and communication skills 

Will be well-organised and have good attention to detail 
Will be able to multi-task and work well within a fast-paced environment
