JOB TITLE: Senior Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive
LOCATION: Stratford upon Avon
SALARY: Up to £45,000 dependant on experience

THE ROLE: This quality focused firm have recently joined forces with a local regional firm, and are seeking to grow their already successful Family Department. The role will include managing and progressing a private family caseload of matters including; divorce finances, matrimonial matters and child arrangements. There is no public law cases involved in this role, however experience with legal aid matters are desirable but not essential. You should be able to attend court as and when required and have the ability to hit individual billing targets.

THE CANDIDATE: The firm are looking for a Senior Solicitor/ Legal Executive with a minimum of 4-5 PQE. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Department. The candidate should be quality driven and be able to manage their time efficiently. You should have experience of business development and previous networking skills. The firm are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with a can-do attitude and forward thinking in their nature.
