Debt Capital markets lawyer

LAW Absolute is currently working with a leading international firm whose client has a position available in house for a secondee to join them on an interim basis for at least 12 months.

The role is with the DCM team of a global financial services company. The firm is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join them with broad DCM experience .

You will have a strong background in Bonds and other debt capital markets transactions. You will be familiar with EMTN programs and be able to negotiate with issuers. Familiarity with European prospectuses and FS regulation would also be an advantage.
