LAW Absolute are working with a US law firm who are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join them initally on a 3month FTC.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team working closely with fee earners and to gain some valuable experience. The role itself will be busy and varied and your duties will include; assisting with drafting legal documents and assisting in the materials for closing, as well as compiling bibles and assisting on transactions. 

To apply you must have at least a 2.1 at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC. It is highly advantageous if you have gained a year’s worth of experience working in a similar top tier practice within Corporate.

It is essential you are available immediately or on a short notice.
