Job Details
It is essential that you have previous Corporate experience as a Paralegal or have undergone a seat within your training contract.
The successful candidate will have received solid training and ideally have experience in SME work and mergers, being able to hit the ground running.
This leading and growing team work with a broad range of regional, national and international businesses as well as the entrepreneurs and investors behind those businesses. The expert team focus on building long term relationships with clients to deliver comprehensive, reliable and high quality advice.
