JOB TITLE: New Build Conveyancer (Solicitor, CLC or CILEx)
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Shrewsbury
SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
Growing and expanding throughout 2020… This large law firm are seeking an experienced and hardworking New Build Conveyancer to join the team. You should be able to manage and handle a full caseload of new build matters from instruction to completion. The role requires the candidate to have excellent communication skills with expert problem solving skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
You should be a Qualified Solicitor/ CILEx or CLC with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within property- specifically with New Build experience. Are you wanting a change of scenery?
