They want to appoint a Solicitor at cNQ-6yrsPQE to handle a mix of Commercial work, predominantly negotiation and drafting of contracts, overhauling clients legal documentation, terms and conditions, and occasional data protection and privacy advice. Any lawyer here will be working with interesting clients on matters which are frequently of high profile and occasionally of media interest, and there will likely be some UK travel with the role.

Suitable candidates could be coming from a commercial firm or in-house legal background, the key trait is having the technical skills on mixed Commercial work. The firm will introduce you to their clients and their sector and you'll be encouraged to establish your client relationships but they're not expecting you to break new ground.
