Family Solicitor (2+ PQE)

A dynamic multi-service law firm in Wakefield is looking for a Family Solicitor to join them. 

In this role, you will deal with all aspects of family work including divorce and separation matters and cases involving children.  

This is an exciting opportunity for a family solicitor in the early stages of their career who would to join a friendly team and have plenty of opportunities to develop their skills and expertise. 

Family Solicitor – Wakefield   The company & role 

A Law Society and Lexcel accredited firm with offices across West Yorkshire 

Representing both privately paying and legally aided clients, you will manage your own caseload of divorce, separation and civil partnership matters, financial issues arising out of family breakdown as well as Children Act proceedings 
The firm are big believers in giving back to their local community and support a number of charities in and around West Yorkshire 
Commutable from Wakefield, Dewsbury, Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield

The ideal candidate 

A Family Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE 

Will have experience of handling matters involving divorce, financial remedy and private children work 
Will be able to undertake advocacy in family courts
Will be committed to delivering a high level of client service 
A solicitor with excellent client care and communication skills 
Will be well-organised and capable of working independently
